Rules, subscription terms and service conditions for Print Edit

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Print Edit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies that apply to the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Print Edit.

2. Service description

Print Edit is a web-based design and editing platform intended to help users prepare graphics, especially for Print on Demand and similar digital workflows.

Features may include image upscaling, background removal, editing tools, export functionality, account management, billing functionality and related workflow tools.

Certain features may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery services, AI processing services, or other external systems. Availability and performance of such features may depend in part on those third-party services.

3. Accounts and access

Some parts of the service may require account registration. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under their account.

Users must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person or entity.

By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Account access may be provided through third-party authentication providers such as Google or GitHub. Use of such providers may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and account requirements.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users should notify Print Edit promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Print Edit may require email verification, password resets, account confirmation procedures, or other security measures in order to protect user accounts and maintain service security.

4. Acceptable use

Users agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

• using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• attempting to bypass account limits, payment requirements or security controls;
• interfering with the performance, stability or security of the service;
• uploading or using content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
• using the service to harm, exploit or mislead others.
• uploading, processing, generating, storing, exporting, or distributing content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features of Print Edit may be available only through paid subscription plans. Subscription pricing, included features and limits may vary by plan.

Billing, payment methods, invoices, renewals and related subscription actions may be handled through Stripe and related billing tools. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing as applicable to your selected plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Upgrades to higher paid plans may take effect immediately after successful payment and may start a new billing period from the date of the upgrade. Downgrades may be scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Cancellations and changes

Users may be able to cancel or manage subscriptions through the billing tools made available inside the platform. Unless otherwise stated, plan access may remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Payments for active billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period.

Print Edit may change plan structure, pricing, features, limits or billing behavior in the future, with reasonable updates reflected inside the service or related policy pages.

7. Intellectual property

Print Edit, including its software, branding, interface elements, design structure and related service materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where explicitly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer or exploit the service or its components beyond normal intended use.

8. User content and responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they upload, edit, generate, store or export through Print Edit. This includes ensuring that they have the rights or permissions needed to use such content.

Print Edit does not claim ownership over user-created content solely because it is processed through the service. However, users remain responsible for legal compliance, rights clearance and proper use of their materials.

You represent and warrant that you own, control, or otherwise have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority required to upload, process, modify, store, generate, or use any content submitted through the service.

Print Edit may remove, restrict access to, or refuse to process content that is believed to violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, these Terms, or the rights of third parties.

9. Availability and changes

Print Edit may update, modify, pause, limit or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features may evolve as the product changes.

While reasonable efforts may be made to provide reliable access, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Uploaded files, generated outputs, projects, mockups, session assets, and other stored content may be subject to storage limits, retention periods, automatic deletion policies, account limits, or plan-specific restrictions. Users are responsible for keeping their own backups of important content.

10. Disclaimers

Print Edit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every workflow.

Users are responsible for reviewing their outputs, verifying suitability for commercial use and keeping copies of important materials when needed.

AI-powered features may produce inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable results. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all outputs before personal, professional, commercial, or legal use.

Print Edit does not guarantee that any generated, edited, enhanced, or processed output will be free from defects, errors, artifacts, intellectual property concerns, or suitability issues for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Edit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar damages arising out of or related to the use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, lost profits, workflow disruption or other losses connected to use of the platform.

12. Termination

Print Edit may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the service where necessary, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, policy violations, legal risk or non-payment.

Users may also stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable billing or subscription conditions.

Termination, suspension, or account deletion may result in loss of access to stored projects, uploaded files, generated outputs, account settings, subscription features, and related service data.

13. Changes to these terms

Print Edit may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version published on this page should be treated as the current version.

Continued use of the service after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
